New projets and the Hydrogen Law, on the agenda of Carreras and De Pedro
Governor Arabela Carreras met with the Minister of the Interior, Eduardo de Pedro, to review new projects for Río Negro, as part of the Federal Development Plan. During the meeting, the Governor also mentioned the importance of advancing in a National Hydrogen Law.

The Federal Development Plan foresees several financing programs for investments in infrastructure and development in all the regions of the country. In this context, Carreras and De Pedro analyzed the works to be carried out in the province and expected deadlines.

In addition, the Governor highlighted that a National Hydrogen Law is essential to regulate the activity, taking advantage of the historic opportunity presented in the country with a significant role of Río Negro in the energy transition process, focusing on the production of clean energies.
Finally, they recognized the importance of achieving general acceptance in order to make possible a transversal agreement on energy development, which guarantees the implementation of State policies on the issue.
